I support women who are experiencing challenges with anxiety, depression, relationships, trauma, and other life stressors.


I value providing a collaborative, safe, non-judgmental space for my clients.  My clients describe feeling deeply seen, heard, and cared for in our work.


I have over a decade of experience integrating evidence-based strategies, including EMDR therapy, to meet the needs of each individual.  I emphasize looking inward with compassion and understanding while reducing shame in order to move forward in desired ways

Anchored Relational Therapy (Formerly AIR Network Therapy)

Anchored Relational Therapy incorporates what is colloquially known as "parts work" into our therapy process. Through this framework we work on compassionately identifying and connecting with the different parts of ourselves that have developed various "core survival strategies" as an adaptation to our painful experiences. We can connect inward with all parts and tap into the wisdom underlying the patterns and cycles that continue to play out in our lives, including those causing distress or keeping us "stuck." By connecting into our own resources and wisdom, and approaching ourselves with understanding and compassion, we can move forward in a more intentional, authentic way that better adapts to our present reality.
